Does your business ship internationally?

We ship to most overseas countries with a competitive shipping cost.

Can we choose a different colour for an item of jewellery?

Most items allow you to customise your own jewellery by using the options present when viewing. I stock most colours but if you want a particular colour please email rushcreations@rushcreations.com.au  and if I can get the beads in a particular colour there is no problem in making the item for the customer. I usually buy different colours in particular beads but if I don't have a particular colour there will be at least a week delay.

How long until I receive my order?

Usually all orders are mailed out within a day of receiving payment. However, some orders may be large or intricate and they may take up to a week as each item is handcrafted. Our website has an Order Tracking facility through which we will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

How will my item be packaged?

All earrings come on a Rush Creations white jewellery box and wrapped in bubble wrap for safe handling.

How long will a "Sold Out" item be back in stock?

Most items will not be out of stock unless I can not get a particular type of bead because the supplier is out of stock.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, but you will need to be a registered business and you will need to send an email to rushcreations@rushcreations.com.au outlining your business details including your ABN. Minimum orders do apply.

How secure is the web site when using credit cards on line?

Rush Creations does not see any of your credit card details. Rush Creations is notified by email that there is an order and the order has either been approved or declined.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund,exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from the sample shown to you. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

Please note there will be no returns for earrings due to hygiene regulations.

Method of Refund: Once your item has been returned to us via mail and has been assessed we will refund any items via your credit card.

How to return an item: Before returning the item you must contact us via email, at rushcreations@rushcreations.com.au , providing us with your details and the item that is being returned so that we can provide you with a return reference number.
 
Shipping
Jewellery items are sent via Australia Post. For Australian customers all items can be sent via express postage with tracking, registered with tracking and signature or regular shipping (no tracking) and overseas customers it is sent via Australia post regular shipping. If overseas customers require express shipping, an email must be sent for a quote at rushcreations@rushcreations.com.au . Please allow 1- 2 weeks for items to be made before shipped. All customers will be notified when jewellery is shipped.
