Refunds: Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly descibed or are different from the sample shown to you. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
Please note there will be no returns for earrings due to hygiene regulations. If, however, the product is still in its original packaging and has not been opened or tampered with, we may accept returns from earrings as per the conditions listed above.
Method of Refund: Once your item has been returned to us via mail and has been assessed we will refund any items via your credit card.
How to return an item: Before returning the item you must contact us via email, at rushcreations@rushcreations.com.au , providing us with your details and the item that is being returned so that we can provide you with a return reference number.
